NaNoWriMo Day 22: Homestretch

Well, the NaNoWriMo goal has been reached, and the challenge has met.  What’s next?  Finishing the novel, of course.  The ending may be a little rushed, but that can be fixed later when Lizzy and I edit it up all nice and shiny.

But we’re in the homestretch now, we have eight days to finish The Pharaoh, eight days to complete a novel in thirty days.  And I am super excited.  We have a basic outline of how we want the story to close, and we’re going to see this thing through till the end.  And nothing is going to stop us.  Not unless it’s a large extra cheese pizza pie from the pizzeria down the road.  That might stop me for an hour or so.

Only a few more chapters away!  Cross your fingers and keep praying, cause by November 30th, 2010, Elizabeth Hefty and Andrew Ronzino will have co-authored a full novel in just thirty days!  Rockin!

Current word count for The Pharaoh: 52,431/50,000
